I’ve completed surgery, chemo and radiation, and now I’m taking tamoxifen (or an aromatase inhibitor). Am I eligible?

No, only chemotherapy, surgery, and radiation are eligible treatments for assistance. Other long-term hormonal therapies excluded are: Tamoxifen, Feston, Arimidex, Aromasin, Femara, Zoladex/Lurpon, Megace, and Halotestin.
